Hello ADL Jc,

One of two white males in a 2005 gray Chevy Impala parked near the
Capitol Building is talking to police in Wasington, D.C., and claiming
he has a bomb.

There is a heavy police presence and some streets have been blocked off
from traffic. A nearby office building at Constitution Avenue and
Louisiana Street is being evacuated at the order of Capitol Hill.
