Texas Supreme Court rules the Robin Hood plan is unconstitutional.
Good.
I live in Hurst, TX, and we just got bumped into the “Wealthy” category buy less than 20 students last year.
I can’t give you exact stats, but the basics was like “If you have more than X$ budget per student in your school district, you get to give like X% of your total school budget to the state to redistribute to the poorer districts.
Never made a lick of sense to me especially when you look at areas like William Hutchins.

Summary, throwing money at a problem will not fix it, we been doing that for years.
