Virtual Sexuality Exploration, the world of Second Life.
“Cheri Horton” has posted a real life picture on “her” blog.
“She” has also explained a lot of the reasons for what “she” has done, and why now “she” is telling about it.
Now before you ask, I do not really know Cheri, in game or not, I have chatted with “her” before, but until I read this post it was just a “nice blog” thing.
I believe “Cheri” has made a brave stand in the world; “she” is already out of the norm you may believe in if you are very far to the “right”.
Now “she” has opened up to the world “her” exploration of sexuality as well as the BDSM scene in the virtual world of SL.
I can’t really tell you how much I respect that, it takes guts, a lot of guts.
SL offers a world where anything is possible, you can basically be anything you want to be, and there are groups that will take you in because it is their thing too.
I at one point compared SL to the Internet at large, basically you can find anything you look for, just as the Internet has brought together all sorts of uncommon to downright rare subcultures.
“Cheri” is exploring it, and plans to blog about it, I plan on watching with interest.
apogeevr.com has been added to my blogroll with an *R* rating for virtual nudity and sex. (Nice video card though)
(Editorial Note: I use the “quotes” a lot because this biological male is not in fact names Cheri nor in fact a female, but for the purposes of SL both are true, and while not wanting anyone confused, I do not want this to be a “Hey look a the dude playing a chick” situation, there is something much more going on, and it will be enlightening to watch)]]>
