One of the things I really really can’t stand about discussing politics and such with just about anyone, is they seem to lose their rationality and logic, ignoring facts for beliefs….
This is why I generally will not discuss politics, religion, or anything of the sort, with polite company.
Daily Kos is a place I love to bash, I would say “most” of th posts on that site I would have to disagree with, but maybe a tad less than you might think. See I am a libertarian, small L, libertarian. I beleive the government has it’s place, but it has been superseding it for so long we can’t even remember what it should be…..
So all that said, here is the Link.
It is a simply WONDERFUL essay on the Second Amendment and by association, the Bill of Rights.
Read it, grit past any of the “leftness” you read and dislike, this is what you should point teh anti-gun folks to……
I will add, I know people that disagree with a lot of the other amendments, they say we have too much freedom of speech and such……. those people are simply lost to me….. they won;t get anything out of this essay sadly.
And after staring at the preorder page half the day at work I got too wrapped up in life and they sold out the pre orders…..

Seriously, I loved the post combat upgrade, yet pre “new Game Enhancements” version of Star Wars Galaxies so much….. just SO much……
Not even really being a HUGE Star Trek geek, maybe it’s time to check out StarWars in Second Life, I have seen some damn nice AV’s and I am all about naughty roleplay
